Great pit stop Positive: Clean and add spacious

Worcester lovely,Digs iffy. Positive: Short taxi ride from wonderful City centre. Negative: Kitchen ceiling was stained from previous leak from bathroom,Panic as no one had informed us of it. No access to conservatory.Garden area poor. Cleaning??? On removal of cushions on sofa,Full of choc.. Could.nt get washing machine to work..No instructions.,

Location was great - very near the M5 Positive: Great value for an overnight stay for a family of 5 . Location was excellent for us, right beside the M5.

Positive: Location and size

Property in need of maintenance, particularly plumbing overhaul. Positive: Convenient location for main roads. Clean and tidy on arrival. Negative: Expensive if less than 6 guests (we were a couple). Outside areas in need of maintenance (weeds at front, long grass and weeds in back garden). Noisy neighbors-both sides had barking dogs which woke us up EVERY morning around 06.00! Rear neighbor had loud all day parties 2x in our 7 day stay. Check-in process was confusing. We had already paid in full for the stay and had logged our bank card details for what we assumed was for the security deposit. On arrival, after 32 hours of traveling, we still had not received the key entry code via email, which was due to be sent 30-15 minutes before 15.00 check in and left us outside the property for 20 minutes while sending emails and then calling the property owner. Now we understand that we had to complete the £100 deposit transaction ourselves but we thought that providing our card details previously on the booking that the property would process this transaction, so all in all it’s confusing. Check in time is 15.00 (hotel standard is 14.00) and required check out is early at 10.00 (standard is 12 noon) so inconvenient for guests. Yes, early check in and ‘late’ check out options are available but are charged at significant additional cost. The 10.00 check out should be adjusted in line with the industry’s standard of 12 noon. PLUMBING ISSUES:- 1) Shower unit water temperature constantly changing from very cold to boiling hot in 2 seconds, then back again, making showers very uncomfortable. 2) All sinks in the property seem to run at same temperature with no change between the ‘hot and cold’ taps. 3) Clothes washing machine- when draining the water completely floods out the kitchen. On inspection the rear water waste pipe wasn’t actually connected to any drainage channel in the kitchen so waste water had no where to go. We had to use twice and spent 30 minutes each time mopping up the kitchen floor.
