Auf keinen Fall wieder!
Positive: Self-Checkin
Negative: Lage katastrophal, nebenan Menschen die sich als Besitzer ausgegeben haben mit extremen Drogenkonsum, Verbindungen zur Mafia und die Wohnungstür konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden. Eine Rechnung wurde mir selbst nach mehrerem Nachfragen nicht ausgestellt

Negative: All night i kept getting an awful smell which smelt like sewage. It was absolutely terrible. Even with the windows open I could still smell it. It almost smelt quite eggy to but It kept coming and going non stop and really strongly. Also the people above me where the loudest neighbours ive ever come across. I messaged my booking about this and was ignored. For £90 I wouldnt ever book there again. Ive stayed at much much better ones and for cheaper.

Don’t be fooled by the photos.
Positive: Not a lot
Negative: Location, the tv is awful, there are loose wires on the extension lead making the side lights flicker. Decoration looks good from afar but close up a poor standard.

Apartment inside is fine, outside is a disgrace.
Positive: Inside the property was fine, clean and had everything it needed.
Negative: Outside of the property was disgusting. I saw a rat! There is a huge amount of dirty and smelly rubbish. I would have liked to have my door open as the property has no windows for fresh air, however there’s no chance you could do that. I honestly don’t think it’s acceptable to rent out properties when the exterior is in that state. There is so many rules about staying in the property, about cleanliness, noise etc, but outside the property and next door were noisy doing work- drilling etc. I think it’s really unfair and harsh to hold a £100 deposit and then send a message at 10pm at night about the check out arrangements - reminding you to wash your own pots etc as this may come with additional cost if you don’t. The deposit feels like a threat and I’m sure it’s with good reason- but you can’t sanction travellers when you’re allowing your exterior get to that state. Doesn’t feel fair or acceptable. The WiFi also wasn’t working, I had absolutely no phone signal, thankfully it worked after a reboot, but it took a good hour to sort out.
If you want travellers to look after your accommodation, you should do the same.
