Please avoid. There are cheaper 5 star hotels! Positive: Nothing. This was the worst property I have ever stayed at. Negative: Last minute deposit requested (on the day of the stay)- I was at work and did not receive this email. This led to late payment of the deposit and the check in details not being sent. I was unable to stay that night. The hosts did not answer the phone despite several attempts The fridge was broken and smelt awful. The wifi was not working. The property was just off the high street with a single lock. It was very noisy and did not feel particularly secure. This was a very expensive stay and not even tea bags were provided!

Very good place to stay... Positive: I told them the iron was not working...and within 10 minutes they were at my door with a new one.... Negative: Only thing wrong was shower head was broken but I'm sure that will be fix by the time they have new visitors,..
